Czech Building Investment s.r.o. was founded based on our long-term experience in construction of residential buildings, family houses, houseboats and investments. We can provide our clients with thorough services in these areas, including financing of the selected projects and support of their sale thanks to our real estate activities which we offer mainly in connection with our development activities.  Thanks to that we are able to arrange for construction of these structures, from obtaining the building permit, project documentation, to the construction itself followed by their sale or lease.
